Cytogenetic disorders in young cattle vaccinated against trichophytosis

This article continues a series of works by the authors devoted to most karyopathological effects vaccines used in agriculture. The test cytogenetic analysis impact caused LTF130 vaccine from an attenuated culture fungus Trichophyton verrucosum TF-130 L VGNKI peripheral blood lymphocytes healthy 30-day-old Holstein Colonial calves. experiment was conducted on material and technical basis two departments: veterinary genetics biotechnology, epizootiology microbiology, FSBEI HE “Novosibirsk State Agrarian University”. found that spectrum induced disorders included polyploid, hyper- hypoploid cells, chromatid chromosome breaks, single paired fragments chromosomes, regardless time since introduction vaccine. They did not differ spontaneously occurring mutations this species. It noted among cells with changed number polyploid tetraploid sets (79.3–91.9%) aneuploid (45.7–74.3%) chromosomes predominated. decrease frequency seven days after vaccination calves against trichophytosis 1.6%, control - 3.4 ± 0.57% (P < 0.01). An increase hyperploid 14 up 3.69% revealed due trisomy (2.91 0.74%, P 0.05) tetrasomy (0.78 0.39%, aberrations 2 7 trichophytosis, respectively, 5.74 5.24% breaks (4.49 1.03 3.31 0.66%, 0.01–0.01) (1.38 0.43%, Р 0.05).
